High-value alliances for ownership.
Liz does not operate a property-management company. Instead, she connects owners with independent professional teams she already knows and works with—trusted specialists who can help care for a residence after the purchase.
The right property deserves the right people around it.
Buying a residence is one moment; living with it from another city or country is an ongoing reality. Liz’s role is to make that transition easier by introducing clients to experienced third-party professionals in her network.
These providers operate independently. The owner chooses who to work with and contracts directly with the selected professional or company. Liz’s value is the connection: people she already knows, has worked alongside and can introduce with useful context.
A network for the life of the property.

Clear roles from the beginning.
Does Liz personally provide property-management services?
No. Property management, maintenance, housekeeping, concierge and related services are performed by independent third-party professionals. Liz’s role is to make trusted introductions when a client needs local support.
Who contracts and pays the service provider?
The owner contracts directly with the selected professional or company. Scope, pricing, schedules, responsibilities and service terms are agreed directly between those parties.
Can Liz introduce more than one option?
When appropriate and subject to provider availability, Liz can share more than one trusted connection so the owner can compare fit, approach and scope.
What if I already have some providers?
There is no need to replace relationships that work well. The network can be useful only where a gap exists—for example, a specialist, arrival support, maintenance resource or an additional local contact.
Are the providers part of Liz Méndez Real Estate?
No. They are independent third-party professionals or companies. An introduction does not make them employees, agents or subcontractors of Liz Méndez Real Estate.
Need the right professional around your property?
Tell Liz what you need and where the property is located. If there is a trusted professional in her network who fits the request, she can make the introduction so you can evaluate the relationship directly.
